Excavation in tight conditions in an urban neighborhood. Poured footings and laid block foundation for residential addition.  Poured concrete floor and cut opening in existing foundation to allow access to new space.  Project included underpinning existing foundation for increased headroom in the basement of the addition and poured steps between the two spaces.
